Provincial roads: 100kph
National roads and motorways: 130kph

Alcohol limits:

0.5 per cent, strictly enforced with steep fines.

Safety:

Driving is on the right-hand side and seat-belts are compulsory for both front and back seat passengers. Children under 12 are not allowed to sit in the front seat. At roundabouts, give way to traffic on the left unless otherwise sign-posted. Mobile phones cannot be used while driving, but hands-free systems are allowed.
