We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your campervan booking and second, and to provide you with the best possible service via email or phone support. If we need to pass any information to the rental supplier this will be done via a secure page which is password protected and encrypted.

We will not sell or share any of the information we collect to any third parties.

To complete your booking we need your personal details including your address, phone number and credit card number. In order to process the booking, we may in some instances pass all or some of this information on to our vehicle rental suppliers. It is done so through a password protected and encrypted secure booking page.

We use cookies to record your name, email address and for tracking visitors to our website, this is to your benefit as system will remember yoor email so no need to retype. If wish you may adjust your browser to prevent this happening.

Our Security policy

Our booking server uses 128 bit encryption ensuring the highest level of security. This is shown in 2 ways 1 via the url which will have S appended eg htppS// plus you will see a the padlock in the closed position at the base of your browser screen. As information entered via the secure server including personal details and credit card details will be held in an encrypted format.
