Credit card (MasterCard or Visa) of the hirer with enough limit for the security deposit (the hirer needs to be the holder/owner of the credit card)

What Is The Law For Car Seats In Canada?

Accepted Answer

All child seats must meet the National Safety Mark (NSVAC). If your child seat does meet this standard, why not bring it along. It will also mean you will not have to pay for this as an extra. Plus you will be comfortable in the knowledge of how your seat operates and yes how clean it is. If your child seat does not have this national safety stamp, it is illegal to use.

Do You Need A Special Type Of Licence To Rent A Motorhome In Canada

Like most countries, you will just need your standard driving licence from your country of Domicile. This should be valid for at least 1 year, some supplier may insist on 2 years. Check the supplier's terms. In addition, age limitations may exist if you are a young driver.

In Addition to having held your licence for at least one year, you will also need to be age 25 or over. Under 25s are not permitted to rent an RV in Canada.

The costs with Cruise America depend on the actual starting and ending point of the One way USA RV rental, but expect to fall in a range from $250-$700. When you generate a quote, any one way fee will be highlighted so that you can easily compare the charge against other suppliers at the required locations.

The price of renting an RV from Cruise America varies depending on the size of the vehicle, the date of the rental, and the location. Prices start at around $65 per night for a small RV and can go up to $200+ per night for a large RV. Prices also vary depending on the type of RV and any additional features, such as kitchen packages and Mileage packs. If you are planning a 1 way rental, you will also need to pay a one way fee. All these fees will be displayed during the booking process.

The basic rental rate doesn't include mileage. Mileage is charged at $0.39 per mile, and you will need to pay for estimated mileage at the counter when you collect your vehicle.  We are able to offer the option to prepay for miles at a discounted rate. Example

Yes, all suppliers make it a condition of rental that the lead driver must have a valid credit card in their name for the local security deposit
