Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract. The branch is located 7 miles from the city. The branch is located 5 miles from the airport. To arrange pick up, please call at least 14 days in advance.

Airport Pickup

General pick up time is 12:30 pm – 4 pm Monday through Friday. Saturday pick-ups need appointments. Clients cannot pick up the vehicle the same day if arriving via an international flight (exceptions: Canada & Mexico when these countries are the place of departure, not layover). Therefore, we recommend spending the first night in an airport hotel or motel.

What Documents are required by Road Bear San Francisco

The following documentation must be presented to the Road Bear representative to pickup up your rental vehicle.

• Identity card (ID) or passport of the hirer and all additional drivers
• Driving licence of the hirer and all additional drivers
• Credit card (MasterCard or Visa) of the hirer with enough limit for the security deposit (the hirer needs to be the holder/owner of the credit card)

There are 5 different models to rent that were manufactured by Coachman and Thor for you to choose from. There are 4 models with cab over beds and the largest being a class A RV. All models have refrigerators and freezers, toilets, stove top, sink, shower, cruise control, fire extinguisher, automatic transmission and are 2-wheel drive.
