However, the two cities Dublin and Belfast can be a little congested during peak hours when people are driving to and return from work. Dublin is by far the worst and should be avoided if driving a campervan. Like the UK, signage and roads are all first class. When driving in the countryside, you will find some of the roads narrow and bendy. Always drive within the limits posted and always keep your distance as these smaller country roads can be dangerous if you do not respect the road rules and stay alert.

Maddybenny Farm Campsite is a place to get back to nature in the way our forefathers lived on the farm without the chores. On the 110 acre site is a horse livery, mature gardens and a lake to enjoy. It is located between Portrush and Portstewart.
The gravel pitches have electrical hookups and freshwater is available. There are also restrooms, showers, internet, playground and game room. Pets are also welcome in the camp ground.
This is a peaceful setting where guests are welcome to set up camp and relax.

Windsor Holiday Park is located near Newcastle and the beach, while being at the foot of the Mourne Mountains. This park is just a 5-minute walk from the town of Newcastle and across the street from the Royal County Down Golf Course.
