The supplier has four great models on offer that come with all sorts of features such as linen and sleeping bags, cutlery and crockery, and an outside awning. All vehicles are Toyota vans that have been outfitted with two-, three- or four-berths that are extremely comfortable and easy to drive.
The Sturt sleeps up to three people and comes with one double bed in the rear and one single bed in the high top roof. Calypso’s Hume is great for families of four, with plenty of storage facilities and full privacy curtains. It also has anchor points for a child seat, so it is a great vehicle for those travelling with small children.

Calypso Australia Additional Services
Once you hire a Calypso campervan you will be given maps and guides to help you on your way. Baby seats and booster seats are available for an extra fee, but everything else you will need is included in the rental rate. Calypso also sells campervans, or will buy your preloved campervan from you to add to its fleet.

This a 2-3 berth manual shift van based on Toyota Hiace 1999 model. It comes with 2 burners, sink and water pump. On the downside, with a fixed roof you will find it cramped, particularly on long trips. However, it is a budget camper.
