What Documents are required by McRent Spain

The following documentation must be presented to the McRent representative to pickup up your rental vehicle.

  • Identity card (ID) or passport of the hirer and all additional drivers
  • Driving licence of the hirer and all additional drivers
  • Credit card (MasterCard or Visa) of the hirer with enough limit for the security deposit (the hirer needs to be the holder/owner of the credit card)

Travel is permitted into most European countries, excluding the following:

What is the minium age to rent a campervan with McRent Spain?

We work with McRent Spain and the minimum age to rent and drive any of their campervans is 25.

Does the cost of campervan hire come include unlimited mileage

Yes, all motorhome rentals 7 days or over include unlimited kilometres. 

Does the lead driver need a credit card?

Yes, all suppliers make it a condition of rental that the lead driver must have a valid credit card in their name for the local security deposit

How old are the campervans

With McRent Spain and all campervans will be under 3 years old.

Is a special (heavy vehicle) HT Licence Required?

No special licence required, Avis will accept your standard driving licence.
