McRent's fleet is organized into four distinct categories, catering to the varying needs of those seeking a campervan rental holiday in the United Kingdom.

  • Compact Class : Within the Compact class, you'll discover Urban standard models, providing stylish vehicles equipped with essential amenities for two and four occupants, respectively.
  • Urban Class : The Urban class campervans are compact and user-friendly vehicles, perfect for short getaways. In the UK, you can choose between Urban Plus and Plus Luxury models. The Standard model accommodates up to four people, while the Plus model is smaller and designed for two individuals. The Plus model comes equipped with self-contained features, including an on-board toilet and a compact shower.
  • Luxury and Comfort : As the name suggests, these roomy motorhomes that provide all the essential amenities for a comfortable trip. The sleeping and living quarters are suitable for four adults.
  • Overcabs : These are larger campervans and includes the Family Plus and the Family Luxury range of campervans

What is the minium age to rent a campervan with McRent UK?

We work with McRent UK and the minimum age to rent and drive any of their campervans is 21.

Does the cost of campervan hire come include unlimited mileage

Yes, all motorhome rentals 7 days or over include unlimited kilometres. 

Does the lead driver need a credit card?

Yes, all suppliers make it a condition of rental that the lead driver must have a valid credit card in their name for the local security deposit

How old are the campervans

With McRent UK and all campervans will be under 2 years old.

Is a special (heavy vehicle) HT Licence Required?

No special licence required, Avis will accept your standard driving licence.
