The fleet from Tui Campers consists of 8 different late model styles with either a petrol or diesel power unit. The base vehicles include Toyota, Mitsubishi and Ford. 3 of the campervans are manual transmission, with the other 5 with automatic transmissions.
There are 3 models with 2 berths, 2 models with 2 berths plus one for a small child, 1 with 4 berths, 1 with 4 berths and 1 child and a 6 berth campervan.
All the camper vans except the Deluxe Sleepervan has a raised roof for easier maneuvering while inside. Each model does have a gas burner, refrigerator and fresh water tank, 4 of the models have a microwave, 3 of them have flushing toilets and showers with waste water tank while 3 of them have a porta potty and 3 models have hot water. For safety purposes, all campervans have a fire extinguisher.
The Tui Bush Campers are equipped with 4WD so heading off the paved road is possible. These are fitted to berth 2 or 4 occupants. These models do not have a toilet, but there is an exterior shower provided.
For those travelling with small children, there are both booster and child safety seats available.
Linens, cookware and crockery are provided to help make the camping experience more enjoyable.
The main cabins for all campervans have air conditioning to help make the experience in more comfort.
3 of the campervans have a solar panel so a constant supply of power can be maintained.
Items available to rent include solar showers, shower tent, outdoor BBQ, DVD players, pocket Wi-Fi along with outdoor tables and chairs to name a few.
The Tui campervans are reasonably priced and come equipped with what you need to enjoy the mountainous terrain of New Zealand. There is also a decrease in price per day for trips over 21 days in duration and an additional discount for trips over 36 days. The time of the year for your excursion also play a part in the pricing with May to September at the lowest rates.
